At Ribeiro, LLC, we want you to love your pickleball apparel as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns​

 

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

 

Refunds​

 

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible items. Simply contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
